Our free Peer Delivered Services provide peer-based mental health support to eligible individuals seeking guidance and support for their families or on their journey to mental health recovery. These services offer understanding from peers with similar experiences, assistance with navigating and connecting to essential resources, help with creating personalized care plans, and more.
