For adults (ages 18+) living with mental health conditions regardless of a diagnosis

Virtual Meetings:
Schedule: 2nd & 4th Sundays of every month
Time: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

In-Person Meetings:
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Sundays of every month
Time: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

BIPOC Peer Support Group
For adults who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC) and also living with mental health conditions.
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Thursdays of every month
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Young adult peer support group
A peer-led support group for young adults (ages 18-35) who are living with symptoms of a mental health condition. A diagnosis is not required to participate.
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 PM Pacific

LGBTQ+ Peer support group
A peer-led support group for adults (ages 18 and older) who identify as LGBTQ2SIA+ and are living with symptoms of a mental health condition. A diagnosis is not required to participate.
Schedule: Every Monday
Time: 7:00 - 8:30 PM

A peer-led support group for those who have experienced complex trauma and/or experience dissociation in any form. A diagnosis is not required to participate.

Other Mental Health Peer Support Groups
Portland DBSA
Portland DBSA is an independent chapter of the National Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. Their groups are facilitated by trained peers (people living with mental health conditions). Their meetings are open to all adults who live with any mental health condition.
