Veteran Peer Support Groups

Our Veteran Peer Support Groups are for Veterans and current/former military service members, regardless of discharge status. A diagnosis is not required to participate. Trained volunteers lead these support groups using their personal experiences with military culture, mental health challenges, and recovery to support and inspire hope in their peers.

The groups are drop-in and free of charge. They provide a safe space where you can feel heard, receive support, and gain insight from the challenges and successes of others.
