This peer support group is for LGBTQ+ adults ages 18+. No diagnosis is required to participate. ALL LGBTQ+ peers who experience symptoms of a mental health condition are welcome to join!

There will be a 30-minute community arts and crafts session before each support group meeting begins which is intended as a space for connection and community-building. Participants are welcome to bring their own creative project or work with the materials provided. Participants can come for just the arts and crafts session, just the support group meeting, or both!

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Sundays
Community arts & crafts: 12:30-1:00pm

Support group: 1:00 - 2:30 PM
